Hello Church Family,
As we journey through our "Life Hacks" series, I want to remind you of the incredible power of love. This past week, we focused on "Hacking Love: Learning to Love in Every Circumstance." It’s not always easy, but remember, love is a choice we make daily.
When you face challenges, let love be your guiding principle. Whether it’s dealing with a difficult person or a stressful situation, choose patience, kindness, and forgiveness. Your actions, no matter how small, can make a big difference.
Stay encouraged, knowing that God's love is always with you, equipping you to love others as He loves you. Let's continue to support and uplift each other, reflecting the love of Christ in all we do.
Short Devotion:
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (NIV) "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
Reflection:
Take a moment to reflect on these verses. How can you embody this love in your daily interactions? Consider one specific way you can show patience, kindness, or forgiveness today.
Prayer: Lord, help me to love as You love. Fill my heart with Your patience and kindness. Teach me to let go of anger and resentment, and to always seek the good of others. May Your love shine through me in every circumstance. Amen.
