Pastor James, has been in the Methodist ministry for 15 years. Starting out working at Circle of Care then transitioned to Senior Pastor shortly afterwards. He attended Oklahoma State University for his Bachelors of Science, Phillips Theological Seminary for his MDiv and Mid-America Christian for his Masters in Counseling. Currently James has been serving FUMC since 2024.  

Tyler is our current Worship leader and resident tech guru. Tyler has a background in stage and production management and is currently works full time as an IT consultant. Tyler loves being outdoors and spending time with his family every chance he can get.  

Natalie is a local teacher by day and our fearless youth director in all the in between times. Natalie does a wonderful job pouring into the lives of our children and youth and helping find God's promises for them

Sarah has been our office Administrative Assistant since July of 2018. She does her best to keep the staff working in the right direction. Sarah is a retired college English professor (PhD from the University of Alabama--Roll Tide!) and a Sallisaw native who grew up in this church.
